Change of direction?

Last week, our primary indicator moved into positive territory off of the strong upward post election push. If you've been paying attention, we've been exiting positions in our discretionary accounts since late summer as they individually hit their exit points, allowing us to lock in gains in most cases. So, even though the primary market direction was 'Up', the individual positions were not hitting buy points. This lead to accumulating a large cash position.

If the buy signal holds, look for us to begin adding positions as the opportunity presents itself. Volatility is likely to be the key word over the near term, so we'll take action appropriately.
